Randomly Selecting

I have roughly 300 (16 exemplars each) categories of objects I want to show participants. Each trial will have 4 images from one category, and the participants name the objects. How do I ask E-Prime to not only randomize the 300 objects but to pick 4 of the exemplars at random? I'm new to E-Prime and coding, so use simple, easy to follow language. Thank you so much!
