Issues with result analysis in E-Prime 3.0

Hello, dear community members,

I am currently using version 3.0 to design an experiment. In this experiment, I have included two stimulus images in the slides for the students to select from. The students are required to choose the correct image based on the audio prompt (as shown at the bottom). Additionally, I have implemented an inline feature to ensure that if a student selects the wrong answer, they must correct it before moving on to the next question (as shown in Figures 2 and 3).

Here is the issue:
In the results file, I noticed that there is no record of incorrect responses. I need to document whether the student’s first response to each question was correct or incorrect in order to calculate the overall accuracy of the experiment.(as shown on top) I would like to ask for your advice on this matter.
