Why I can't load my movie file

When I insert a movie (neither in wmv or avi form, only 17M in size ) in sessionProc, it always remind me that unable to load movie file, select the properties button to config. please tell where the wrong is!

  Did you ever figure out a solution to this problem? I am encountering the same error message, and I can't quite figure out why!

  Has this problem ever been solved? I have the same issue. I looked at the google forum but this sends me back here. I want to give a bit more detail of my problem: I want to play an .avi movie file. I rendered it and it said the rendering was a success. It even shows a still of the beginning of the movie file in the movie display (does this mean it can load it?) but when it gets to the movie object it comes with the error message 'unable to load file'. The strange thing is that E prime runs/plays that .avi movie fine on my laptop but whenever I try it on a PC it won't do it. (I did render the original file on the computer I was trying to run it).
