Device I/O error

Hello,

We have all of a sudden started receiving the following Runtime error "The following runtime error occurred: Device I/O error". I'm not able to find any documentation on this error online. This error seems to pop up in the middle of our task (which previously had been working fine for several years without this error) and it happens in a different place each time but crashes the task from continuing.

Has anyone else run into this error before / have any suggestions?
