Runtime Error -999

Hello,

I am encountering a runtime error that seems to have to do with incompatible files. When running the program, the script pauses on a line 'DesignList.LoadProperties', with the error message 'Factor Error: Unable to load from file.'

The error number shown is -999

Has anybody else experienced this issue before? What suggestions do you have to fix this problem?
