Why can't I run the program? (E-Prime Go)

Hello,
I am currently facing a problem. I learned that E-Prime Go allows you to execute programs created programs by another PC and collect data from it. I created and packaged the program, and as a test, I sent a download link to another PC and received it there. However, when I unzip it, I get the following error message.

"Another experiment is currently running. Please complete any open experiments."

Beforehand, I had previously checked the behavior of the E-Prime Go's program on a PC in the main, and it was successful. So, the Experiment should  be closing it... Do you know why this error is occurring?
