Hi, have you solved the issue you mentioned?

I have also encountered the problem with E-prime crashing recently and I'm wondering how to resolve it.

    Thank you so much🙏

    Hello!

Unfortunately, I was unable to solve the problem, and I am still going back and forth with the ePrime support team trying to find a solution.

Wishing you all the best and hopefully the problem resolves!

    Hi!

Thank you for your prompt reply!!

Is your E-prime also used for EEG experiments?

If so, yesterday I replaced the functionality of the task event in E-prime 3.0 with Inline E-basic code, and the program ran successfully and remained stable.

If it's not the case, perhaps you can check the computer's memory status when the program crashes. It is said that insufficient memory can also cause crashes.

Wishing you the best of luck and hoping for a swift resolution to the issue!!!!

    Hello!

We do not use ePime for EEG studies. We also got a memory update but unfortunately the situation was not resolved. It is also strange that it seems quite random when ePrime crashes. For the past days we had no issues (regardless of not changing anything) but I am not convinced that the problem disappeared.

Thank you for your insights, we appreciate all ideas!!
