Participant Facing Monitor Turning off when Paradigm is Run

Hello all,

We are having issues with the screen mirroring, where when the paradigm is started, the participant facing monitor turns off. The paradigm still runs on the experimenter end and we are able to manually turn the monitor on by pressing the power button and it will play with paradigm with no other interruptions. This happens every time these paradigms are run and multiple paradigms are affected but not all.

Has anyone else experienced this, or have any guidance on what could be happening?

  Just wondering ...  Do you have both displays at the same resolution?  Does E-Prime change the display resolution when it starts?  What happens if you use "Match desktop resolution at runtime"?
