Reading a text file containing Chinese characters into a list

Hi,

I want to ask whether there is a way to read the text file containing Chinese characters (with UTF-8 encoding) correctly using the Inline script and load it into the list. Currently it seems that I can only copy the characters directly into the list in the graphical interface in E-studio to ensure the correct display of Chinese characters.
