How to design a slide with two crossed axes? like Cartesian Plane?

Hello, 

I'm designing an experiment in which the subject will see a Cartesian plane with 2 axes, X and Y (ranging from value 1 - 7) and I will then track the final position of the mouse after the click (I need to collect the coordinates) . How can I design the slide with the 2 axes?
