Error 11043- "Unable to load image file"

Hi All,

Can anyone consult as to this error message we've been receiving? I've included a screenshot below. Importantly, it's not coming up each time we run the task; only on occasion (maybe 1x every 5x we run the task). 

Additionally, line 1545 contains the following: "Cue.Load" (no quotations)
