Syntax of randomly changing background color

Hi,

I'm currently working on an experiment in E-Prime 3 where I want the background color to be randomly changing (I've got four colors in total) but can't figure out the syntax of it. 

If anyone got an idea of how the syntax could be coded, I would be really thankful.
