Fixed Time Block

Hi everyone,

I am having trouble with my E-studio script. I am trying to fix a block of 40 seconds for a subject to perform some math operations, followed by a 30-second rest period. However, I am encountering some issues:

• The first block of math operations only lasts for 40 seconds if the subject does not respond to any stimuli. If they respond after 20 seconds, the script immediately moves to the rest phase.
• In the second block, if the subject does not perform the math operations, it lasts for 40 seconds. However, if they respond to stimuli, the script moves to the rest phase after only 10 seconds.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue? Thanks in advance for your help!
