E Data Aid cannot open E-Prime 3.0 file

We are receiving an error when trying to open the E Data aid file in Eprime 3.0 (error code: 0x80030050). Does anyone know what this means? We appreciate your help.

  Did you get a solution to this problem?  We are having the same issue with opening some data files (not all).

  Yes, we also have this problem. And also not with all files.

  I see that wrong file hasn't special attribute in file properties. But I don't know how to correct this without special script. So we simply look at .txt file of this subject respond. It's not so comfortable, I agree.

  Hi,I met the same problem with you.You can try to use the function of E-Recovery to recovey the data.Using this method my problem has been solved.
