source of timing in E-Prime and sync with an computer clock based application

we need to sync the data from E-Prime and another data source (OpenBCI). OpenBCI gets the timing from the computer clock. Reading the manual from E-Prime I understand that E-Prime uses different mechanism for adjusting the data, but it's not clear for us if the reading of the timing that E-Prime returns is the same of the computer clock, if it is modified by an internal e-prime clock, or what parameter we should take in account to check the computer clock time for millisecond syncronization with the OpenBCI data.
