Unable to load sound 203 / Unable to run CodecConfig

Hi everyone, 

I would like to play sound files in E-Prime 2.0. However, I get this error message: 

"Run-time Error (Line 521)
18049: Unable to load sound 203 - please view the AudioReport in your experiment folder"

The AudioReport says I need to run CodecConfig and try again. But when I click on CodecConfig, it does not start so I cannot run it...

I use Windows 7. Does anybody have an idea on how to solve this and play my sound files and/or run CodecConfig? Any help much appreciated!
