XY Coordinates

Hello,

I have an experiment which was designed using E-Prime extensions for Tobii, where participants look at faces and the eyes, nose and mouth are defined as ROIS. Unfortunately, I also stupidly defined "entire image" as ROI1, so I basically want to double check that none of the coordinates for ROI1 "entire image" fall within the eyes, nose, mouth ROI coordinates. I have the xy coordinates of the eyes, nose, mouth in terms of the positioning on the stimulus display, and I have the xy coordinates of the eye position in the tobii/eprime gaze data output. However, they don't seem to match, why is this, and how do I compare them, so I can achieve my goal?
