Data files are uploaded to the E-Prime Go website (https://eprimego.com) when an experiment is run in Automated Mode. The Sessions tab for an experiment on the E-Prime Go website contains multiple columns. The "Last Status" column states the status of the experiment run submission.
The table below lists the available status messages in E-Prime Go along with a brief description of the status:
Status | Description |
New | Status shows that the participant has clicked the "Run Task" button in the Experiment Runner interface but has not gotten to the E-Prime Startup Info prompts. Subject and Session Number will not be populated on the E-Prime Go website. No participant data is uploaded to the E-Prime Go website at this point. |
Experiment Started | Status shows that the Startup Info prompts have appeared and the experiment run has commenced. Subject and Session Number will not be populated on the E-Prime Go website. No participant data is uploaded to the E-Prime Go website at this point. |
Experiment Finished | Status shows that the experiment has been completed but the data has not been uploaded to the E-Prime Go server yet. Subject and Session Number will not be populated on the E-Prime Go website. No participant data is uploaded to the E-Prime Go website at this point. |
Processing DataFiles | Status shows that the data files are in the process of uploading to the E-Prime Go server. This status occurs alongside the following bug: BUG: Automated upload results in 404 error [37394] |
Complete | Status shows that the experiment has been completed, data has been uploaded, and no issues occurred during runtime. You should see this status in most cases. |
