E-Prime Extensions for Tobii Pro 3.2
SymptomsIn a multi-monitor experiment, gaze replay does not appear on the opposite monitor that the gaze is recorded on.
In a Tobii Eye Tracking-enabled experiment that employs the use of more than one Display Device, the GazeReplay routine will only work correctly if it is assigned to the same Display that the gaze recording takes place on. For example, if gaze is being recorded on DisplayA and the GazeReplay routine is set to appear on DisplayA, the GazeReplay routine will work correctly. If gaze is being recorded on DisplayA and the GazeReplay routine is set to DisplayB, the gaze replay of the trial does not appear.
Currently, there is no workaround to achieve TETGazeReplay being shown on the opposite Display of the gaze recording.
Users should set the gaze replay to appear on the same Display that they are recording gaze on. The Display which the gaze replay appears on can be specified using the TETSetMonitorGazeReplay PackageCall. Alternatively, an InLine Script can be used to set the gaze replay monitor as well with the following script:
'NOTE: that the name "Display" should reflect the name of the
'Display Device as defined in the Devices list via the Experiment Object.
