This bug has been corrected in E-Prime 2.0 (220.127.116.11).
When launching E-Run or E-Studio from the start menu, the registration prompt to enter user, institution, and serial number continues to appear.
Entering the information or selecting OK with previous information shown allows continuation of the application.
End users having this issue should update to the most recent version of E-Prime 2.0 to avoid this error.
This workaround is intended only for those who are unable to update to the version of E-Prime that contains the bug fix.
Upgrade to E-Prime 18.104.22.168 or later.
