To restore the Menu Bar if it is missing from E-Studio, please close all instances of E-Studio. Then run the executable located at http://www2.pstnet.com/downloads/misc/ResetUtilityWindows.exe.
The ResetUtilityWindows application resets all Utility Windows in E-Studio. After running the application, the menu bar becomes visible when opening E-Studio.
