To restore the Menu Bar if it is missing from E-Studio, please close all instances of E-Studio. Then run the executable located at https://download.pstnet.com/dl/433ae685faa510cfc9691e1b73f7d627/ResetUtilityWindows.exe.
The ResetUtilityWindows application resets all Utility Windows in E-Studio. After running the application, the menu bar becomes visible when opening E-Studio.
