Error #11009 is a drawing error that typically indicates the Display Device settings in E-Prime are set for a display mode incompatible with the machine's video card.
However, users running E-Prime on a machine that also have the Novell Zenworks for Desktops Agent installed (in particular the Remote Management Mirror Driver component), reported receiving this error despite their Display Device settings being set correctly. The error persisted until the Novell Zenworks Remote Management Driver was disabled.
If receiving this error on a machine that also has Novell Zenworks installed (and have verified that the Display Device settings are compatible with the video card), disable the Remote Management Driver from the Windows Device Manager. To access it, double click the System icon in the Control Panel. Navigate to the Hardware tab and click the Device Manager button.
