E-Recovery - Aborting an Experiment
Pressing the Ctrl+Alt+Shift keys together will terminate an experiment at any point within the duration of a test run. If an experiment is terminated in this fashion, an .edat3 file will not be generated and there will likely be incomplete data or no data logged from the experiment run. E-Recovery is a utility that can sometimes recover lost experiment data from a .txt file that E-Studio generates. The E-Recovery utility is described in OVERVIEW: Using E-Recovery and E-RECOVERY: E-Recovery Interface .
NOTE: If a User aborts using the conditional exit (Ctrl+Alt+Backspace), an .edat3 will be produced from the test session.
