Detail
When designing an experiment with a couple resource files, we recommend storing the files in the same folder as the E-Studio file referencing it. By doing this, you eliminate the need for referencing an entire file path because E-Prime automatically recognizes files in the same location as the experiment file. Additionally, this allows for convenient portability of an experiment between machines.
However, if your experiment is using many resources files, we recommend creating a sub-folder (e.g., Resources) at the same level as the experiment file. By creating a sub-folder for the resources, the main folder that contains the experiment will only have the experiment and data files. This helps provide organization for both your resources and data files.
