By avoiding the use of pixel values for these properties, your experiments can transfer easily between machines which use different resolutions. For example, by setting a SlideText Object's X and Y both to 50%, you are guaranteed to see the SlideText appear in the center of the screen even if varying resolutions are used. In the example below, a SlideText was specified to be at X pixel coordinate 200 and Y pixel coordinate 200. The images below show how the SlideText is displayed between two different resolutions.
