Recently, many machines ship with mice that have a third wheel button.
This button permits the user to scroll the contents of windows without having to manually click the scroll bars.
On some systems, the scroll button may not react properly to InLine or User Script windows.
The ability for applications to permit their contents to be scrolled by the third mouse button is a newer technology.
The operating system may not have the most up to date driver to permit for all applications to scroll properly.
Typically, updating the mouse driver corrects this problem.
The issue is within the operating system itself and not a bug/defect within E-Prime.
If you have a Microsoft mouse, you can download the latest drivers at http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/mouse/download.asp.
For Logitech and other brands, please check with your PC maker for a URL to the latest driver.
