This bug has been fixed in E-Prime 1.1 SP2.
User was instructed to turn on debugging information to diagnose a problem. When attempting to set this setting through the Tech Support dialog, the setting was not saved when opening the Tech Support dialog while E-Studio was open.
Update to E-Prime 1.1 SP2 or later.
This patch permits the check or uncheck value to persist when E-Studio is open.
NOTE: E-Studio must be closed and reopened for the new setting to take affect.
This workaround is intended only for those who are unable to update to the version of E-Prime that contains the bug fix:
Use TSDialog.exe (available at https://dev.pstnet.com/api/core/filetransfer?transferToken=jTZu3C0fvE01TjJM0FEwqQMfwbnOrOA27GKOUDvssVUtF6JJXPGjI0rS4g81Cr6qEP-oAEwHa77Jo4WDJ0NezbPfRm4BmruIg2dF_B06O9J34Fz2NLAR9QbbuzAsoVCyE9YWdVPjuwM1) to set the logging setting when E-Studio is not open.
