This bug has been fixed in E-Prime 1.1 SP1.
Calling Device.Suspend on an individual device does not suspend it.
Update to E-Prime 1.1 SP1 or later.
E-Prime 1.1 Service Pack 1 or later properly suspends individual devices.
This workaround is intended only for those who are unable to update to the version of E-Prime that contains the bug fix:
Must call Rte.DeviceManager.Suspend and suspend all devices.
