E-Prime 1.0 does not permit for the ability to choose from the extremely high 1600x1200 resolution mode.
E-Prime 1.1 introduces the ability to choose the 1600x1200 resolution from the Display Device properties.
WARNING: This feature may cause user difficulty in 1.0.
Setting the resolution to 1600x1200 in E-Prime 1.1 will result in 'empty settings' when run in version 1.0 of E-Studio as shown below.
The settings will work as expected, but will show no user-interface information that the settings are that of 1600x1200.
WARNING: Psychology Software Tools does not encourage using very high resolution values for the Display. This reasoning is due to the equipment required to maintain fast display and memory usage. As with all machine configurations, verify the OnsetDelay and ActionDelay values for all objects to ensure the paradigm is functioning as designed.
