Many users have reported not being able to find how to obtain technical support for E-Prime.
To assist in this process, the E-Prime installation has been updated so the final screen displays a message indicating the URL for where to obtain technical support. In addition, the Help menu structure in E-Studio has been modified to accomodate for quick links to get to the E-Prime web support site.
NOTE: Users must first register for technical support. Simply follow the link to the support site and click to the area designated for registering for web support. Simply use your e-mail address and password to log into the site.
