This example illustrates using the SetAttrib method on the List object to populate a List object at run-time to present a study-recall task. From a pool of exemplars, a subset of items is chosen to present the study task. Those study items, along with a set of distractors, are written to a second List to present the recall task.
This program illustrates the use of the SetAttrib method on the List object to populate a List at run-time.
A block of trials is made up of one study and one recall period. For the study period, a group of words is chosen at random from a larger list of words. During the recall period, the study words are re-presented in addition to a group of distractor words.
The subject's task is to respond with a "1" if the word was in the original study list, or a "2" if it was not.
