In the Change Blindness Task, a change in a visual stimulus is introduced and the participant's job is to observe what that change is.
Abstract
In this experiment, participants are repeatedly shown two versions of an image for up to 60 seconds. There is one small change between the two images. When the difference in the images is identified by the participant, then are instructed to press the spacebar. Then the participant is presented with a list from which they are asked to choose the correct difference between the images.
