Hello, I'm sorry to bother you again.
I'm using a finger stimulation device (as in the last post) for force measurement. The design is something like this:
1. the finger pad pops up for 1000ms
2. the subject presses down on the finger pad during that 1000ms
3. the finger pad resumes it original position (down) after 1000ms
4. 500 ms rest before the next finger is stimulated
A script has been written to collect the force measurement from the finger. However, if the subject presses down, then releases the pad within the 1000ms, it would be recorded as not having pressed at all. Is there anyway I can insert a script so eprime can collect the force measurements at a certain time (e.g. 50ms, 100ms, 200ms) after the stimulation, and have them averaged as the final force measurement? I am told that force measurements are constantly fed to the computer, but I don't know how to program it to collect the measurements at certain time points.
