I encountered some problems in activating my RC verison of e-prime. We participated at the beta program of e-prime 2.0 and we have already downloaded and installed our release version. I was once asked to enter the registration e-mail and password and I did. However, while opening E-studio, the buttons appear frozen and I cannot do anything but opening the tech support. Again, entering the serial keys (both old licence key of e-prime 1.x and the one that I was given in the installation progress), nothing happened. If I'm allowed to use the RC version until the end of the year (as I read in other topics), how do I get the appropriate key?
