I've posted about this before (http://support.pstnet.com/forum/Topic287-12-1.aspx), but maybe I've slipped through the cracks.
I'm unable to activate my 2.0 Beta - I have activated on a total of two machines, and there appears to be a bug on the server side (from what I've read on this forum) that incorrectly determines the number of activated machines, such that I get the following message:
Unable to process your BETA activation request:
NUMBER: 4
MESSAGE: Maximum number of machine that can be activated on exceeded
I've been unable to do any development for a few weeks now because of this problem, and I'd like to be able to proceed using 2.0.61 and future releases soon - please help.
Thanks,
Shane Kippenhan

| Sorry for the inconvenience. The system has been updated to reflect the number of unique machines activated. It was previously counting every activation of a new version as a single entry which is why it considered it reaching the limit. -Brandon

Hello,
I actually am having the same problem. I have activated E-Prime 2.0 on two machines, but the system thinks that I have installed it on seven "unique" machines.

| I am showing that kcox login is not a beta user. Get me the e-mail of the user name that is having the trouble and can investigate. Submit a web support request or PM me. -Brandon
