Hi,

I am trying to display commercial length videos and i get the following error:

Run-time error (Line 223)
11053: An error occurred while attempting to load the movie
Marker: 210
Error: -2147220970 (0x80040216)

The video is an MPEG-1 format, and I have the proper codecs installed, however I am unsure how to resolve this issue.

Rebecca J

PS. The spell check is a little off.

This error typically indicates that the file is not found.  Please ensure the path/folder/filename information.

Are you setting the filename to a fixed name or an [attrib] reference?

If you point to the file in the GUI, does it show you the first frame?

I have ensured the path/folder/filename information, and believe I am setting the filename to a fixed name.

I'm not sure what you mean by point to the GUI, but the file itself is functional.

Hi Brandon,

I have looked into this further (and now that I realise a GUI is a Graphic User Interface ) I can answer your questions more thoroughly.

When I set the filename to a fixed name it doesn't so me the first frame, secondly, when I try to point to an attribute it is "invalid".

Do you have a checklist or a step-by-step tutorial to check the process?
