A window appeared with a message explaining there was a problem and the programme needed to close. It provided the options to either send the error or not do so. I selected the latter.
Next, I tried opening the programme as I usually do, and after several tries and two hours later, I still have not been able to start it. The programme does not open.
I would appreciate any tips on how to get my experiment back and to open the programme again.
