Hi. I designed an Eprime experiment using my Mac laptop which operates Windows via Bootcamp. I gave the file to a colleague who runs Windows via Parallells. She cannot run the experiment on her machine and is getting an error message saying that the program is unable to create a DirectX object and references a line in the script about the Keyboard device.
I don't have any special keyboard configurations in the script and so am not sure what's going on. Can't find anything in the manuals or listservs so far. Any suggestions would be VERY much appreciated!
