Hi all
I was wondering if you could get advice on the following problem.
We have an experiment programmed in Eprime 2.0 that requires the use of a Tobii eyetracker.
The hardware setup is as follows:
A dell tower is running Eprime 2.0, while a second Dell (a laptop) has Tobii studio on it.
These two computers and the Tobii eyetracker are all connected via a router.
At this time eprime errors out beause it is saying that it cannot access the TET server.
I have been playing around the the properties of the eyetracker device, but it is not clear to me how to access it correclty. I tried using both the IP address of the machine running Tobii studio and also the name of the eyetracker.local and they both did not work.
Suggestions?

| Our lab has the same problem and both the IP address and the name of the machine do not work.

| In our lab, it was solved by installing Tobii Studio on the E-prime computer as well.
