Data Extraction Doesn't Fit Spreadsheet

So I have two laptops running the same E-Prime Experiment. I've made excel spreadsheets that I transfer the data to, and that data is ultimately imported to a consolidation spreadsheet in Microsoft Access. The problem we've encountered lately is that whenever we run the experiment on one of the computers, the data doesn't fit the spreadsheet. It appears to be missing a column of data. I thought maybe something got changed in the script on that computer, so I copied the file from the working one and replaced it. They are the exact same script and I'm getting the same error. Could this be a problem with the laptop itself or is e-run in some setting I'm unaware of? I've got to fix this thing so we can run multiple subjects at a time again.

Did you copy the .es file, or the .ebs file?
