I just installed EP2 Pro 2.0.1.119, along with the expiration patch. Now, whenever I open my EP2 "standard" files in E-Studio, I get a nag dialog asking me to convert the file to the Pro format. Sure, I can click the option to maintain the "standard" format, but one of these days I or someone else will slip, and then we will be stuck! Even though we are using Pro, unless needed we really, really want to save files in the "standard" format in order to maintain the widest compatibility between users. So I will almost never want to convert "standard" files to Pro files, and if I do I know how to do that manually, I do not need to be nagged every time I open the same file for further editing. To be sure, the nag dialog does include a check box for "Always perform this operation when opening E-Prime 2.0 files." However, that option is grayed out, so I cannot change it, and anyway, the box is already unchecked and the nag comes up anyway.
So please, is there some way that we can turn off the conversion nag? Thanks.
