Error while reading from port

I am using the same port I used to use while running the experiment in the first version, but now I am getting this massage:

10057: An error occurred while attempting to read from the Port I/O device driver LastError:0x00000079

(I am adding the Port device with the same icon from the first version)

What can I do?
