Hello.

I using 2.0.1.57 and my machine meets all the system requirements.

I am having difficulties with both images and movies.

Images:
When E-Prime displays an image (.bmp or .jpeg), it automatically resizes the image to fill the entire screen. The alignments are set to 'centre' and the stretch is set to 'no'. How do I get it to not resize the images? I have also tried displaying the images via a slide and have had the same problem. Also, if I try to contrain the image on the slide, it crops it rather than resizes it. Is there any way to get around that?

Is there any way to set the E-Prime presentation resolution to anything other then 640 X 480? I would like to use higher resolution images and movies.

Movies:
I tried to display .wmv files. I get the following error:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library"

Runtime Error!

Program:
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the applications's support team for more information.

Is there a fix?

Thanks,
Jason

This is a very late response but I thought it may be useful for other people.

Try to change the width, height and color bit depth properties of the Display Device from Devices tab of the Experiment Object Properties window which is opened from the Edit/Experiment menu item.
