I'm trying to get a fixation-point in the center of the screen when displaying movies.  The movies are presented on left, right and center of the monitor.  No matter what I do the fixationpoint always disapears for a shorter while between the different stimulus onset.  I've tried to add a text on top of the movie, but it is impossible to get the fixpoint to stay infront, the video is always played infront, and therefore the fixationpoint is lost.  Becasue EPRIME2 isn't able to run movie files shorter than 160ms we had to add some white background behind each stimulus so that the movie lasts for 1000 ms instead of the shorter lenght.  Of this reason it is important that the fixationpoint is placed on top of the movie, otherwise the screen will be blank for a shorter while after eacn stimulus onset in the center of the monitor.

All help is deeply appreciated.

You can make a fixation movie and place it on top of your movie, using the Slide object.
